Teen Band Night

RECREATION FACILITIES SET TO CLOSE: Given the City’s dire and unavoidable economic emergency, on December 9, 2008 the City Council directed the City Manager to take steps to reduce the spending in the General Fund by $4.2 million on an annual basis including moving the Teen Center to Louden Nelson Community Center and closing other Parks and Recreation facilities. City Council and staff are working with the community to identify alternate means of providing these services. Specific implementation will be brought back to Council in January. Donate to Friends of Parks and Recreation in support of the Teen Center.
